3D modelling, sheet metal part design and technical documentation in SolidWorks. I built a custom bill-of-materials system with a material library and VBA macros, and automated DXF export from sheet metal parts.

Technical drawings and 3D models of steel structures to order. I am running the whole solar carport project on my own from the concept — 3D model of the steel structure, structural calculations to Eurocode and visualisations for the client presentation. Production drawings follow once the calculations are verified.

Design of a stand for displaying gearboxes at events. It included a cutaway in the gearbox housing so the internals could be seen. I worked in PTC Creo.
